When you call Sklar you will not be transferred to an off-shore call center and you will not have to leave a voice mail. You will speak to a real life person who is at our location in Mechanicsville VA; usually by the third ring.
Customer service and your satisfaction is extremely important to us so we control that in-house. We do not believe in outsourcing customer service because our employees are well trained and take pride in the work they do.
If you are not a big talker on the phone we also have a help-desk system where you can submit a claim or request. These requests are typically responded to immediately if not after a short while so you don’t have to wonder if it will be weeks before you hear back from us. This way you can communicate with our staff the in a way that is most convenient and comfortable for you.
